Preparation:

The surface of the wood before painting must be clean, dry, and frost free, with a moisture content of no more than 18%. Old paint must be removed thoroughly.

Wood polishing requirements: The surface of furniture is generally required to be 180-240 mesh; The floor surface is generally required to be 150-180 mesh, and the polishing dust needs to be removed after polishing.

Usage:

Use immediately after opening the can, stir thoroughly without diluting.

If you need to mix colors, please add Biohouse Tinting Color and mix thoroughly. After the first coat of construction, the last coat of colorless hard wax oil is required as the top coat.

Step 1: Use a hard bristle brush, lint free cotton cloth, or polishing machine (white or red nylon sheet) to apply a thin layer of paint along the wood texture. After 15 minutes, wipe off excess paint;

Step 2: During the drying process, it is necessary to maintain good ventilation to avoid the odor generated by abnormal drying;

Step 3: After the first coat is dry (colorless for about 6-8 hours, colored for about 8-24 hours, depending on the amount of Biohouse Tinting Color added), use Biohouse Polish #458 or 400-600 mesh sandpaper to polish and remove dust;

Step 4: Apply a second thin coat and wipe off excess paint after 15 minutes;

Step 5: Maintain good ventilation and dryness, and avoid using water to clean or cover the painted surface within 1 week.

Surface dry (non stick gray): approx.  6 hours
